Unit 22-23 Sanderson Arcade, Morpeth

Planning Prospects have assisted Morpeth II ltd with securing planning permission from Northumberland County Council to allow alterations to an existing vacant Sanderson Arcade unit to enable reoccupation as a café / restaurant.  The intended occupier, Loungers Group, operates an all-day business model meaning that the premises will contribute to life and activity in the heart of Morpeth throughout the day and into the evening.  It will be an important attractor for the centre, to the benefit of existing town centre users, and helping to draw new business to Morpeth.  This followed a separate planning permission which Planning Prospects secured to allow a change of use and occupation as a café / restaurant.
