Goodyear – Wolverhampton

Planning Prospects has been advising on this high profile site in Wolverhampton for a number of years.  We have secured planning permission for the re-development of the site for a major residential led mixed use development and overseen its delivery through Reserved Matters and conditions, seeing the scheme provide for a high quality scheme of new homes, community park and refurbishment and retention of the Goodyear Clock Tower.

The scheme has provided 45 acres of residential development, a new neighbourhood community park and local shopping centre anchored by Aldi.  The redevelopment of the final phase of new housing following the complete closure of the factory in 2017 is also now being co-ordinated.
