Planning Prospects are delighted to have received planning permission from Malvern Hills District Council for the final phase of St. Modwen Developments’ employment scheme – Broomhall Business Park – which is situated off the A4440 to the south of Worcester. The scheme will deliver a total of 6,657 sqm of high quality employment floorspace across two buildings together with significant new landscaping. It will help to meet the needs and demand for medium-sized employment units within the South Worcestershire area, provide opportunities to support the expansion and retention of existing local businesses and provide new job opportunities. The scheme will complete this first phase of employment development on the South Worcester urban extension.
