Planning Prospects have assisted St. Modwen Developments with securing planning permission for a new 45,000 sq ft industry-leading precision engineering centre at West Longbridge Business Centre in Birmingham. The development will provide a new world-class centre for Waters Corporation, global leaders in speciality measurement equipment, and create up to 100 highly skilled new jobs. The scheme will contribute to plans to develop Longbridge as a leading location for science and technology, medicine, precision engineering and Research and Development.
