Planning Prospects have secured a resolution to grant from Malvern Hills District Council for an outline planning permission for the University of Worcester for mixed use development comprising 1500 new student bedspaces, a ‘student hub’ building and buildings for academic / teaching purposes on land at Oldbury Road, Worcester, to be known as University Court. The vision for University Court is to provide an all-inclusive and accessible University campus providing living, learning and social spaces for students whilst also engaging with the wider community, through a highly sustainable development in a high quality landscape.
