Planning Prospects have assisted the University of Worcester with securing a planning permission for the infrastructure required to deliver the future redevelopment of the University of Worcester Severn Campus, which the University has identified as its Health, Wellbeing and Inclusive Sports Campus. Planning permission has also been secured for a new International Inclusive Cricket Education Centre (IICEC) which will deliver the next international standard inclusive sports facility at the University Campus, to compliment the University’s existing facilities there, including the University of Worcester Arena which Planning Prospects secured planning permission for in 2011 and the development and re-use of Berrow’s House for the University’s Centre for Health, Wellbeing and Medicine for which Planning Prospects secured planning permission in April 2021.
