On behalf of St. Modwen Developments, Planning Prospects obtained Reserved Matters approval for the phase of strategic open space on the Longbridge West Works site in Birmingham. The approved scheme will provide a series of connected green spaces extending from Rubery Lane along the River Rea Corridor and around the new residential development on the wider site. It will include areas of informal and formal play with interactive informative boards and sculptures of the “Herbert the Hedgehog” story. It will deliver a high quality scheme for the community of Longbridge to enjoy.
