Planning Prospects acted on behalf of Gladman Developments Ltd providing expert planning evidence at an Inquiry regarding an appeal against the decision of Blaby District Council to refuse planning permission for a residential development on land off Oak Road, Littlethorpe.  The main issue of the appeal concerned the effect of the proposal on the character and appearance of the area balanced against the benefits of the development at a time of housing land supply shortages. The appeal was allowed and planning permission for up to 155 dwellings was granted.
