Planning Prospects have assisted St. Modwen Logistics in securing a non-material amendment to an enabling works permission for Plot M400 and M5 at Heywood Distribution Park in Rochdale. This will enable demolition works to commence on this part of the Distribution Park and will be the first step towards its redevelopment.
