Following on from the full planning permission secured by Planning Prospects for St Modwen Developments in 2016 for 120 dwellings to be built on the former DEFRA site, Whittington Road, Worcester, an application has now been submitted on behalf of St Modwen Homes and Housing & Care 21 for Phase II, comprising 64 dwellings and 71 extracare living apartments.
