Planning Prospects have secured planning permission for St. Modwen Homes for a new high quality development of new apartments to be erected on land off Dalmuir Road, on part of the former MG site, Longbridge.  The 205 homes will include 100 one bedroom apartments and 105 two bedroom apartments.  The scheme will also deliver much needed affordable housing through a mixture of Affordable/Social Rent as well as through the Government’s First Homes scheme for first-time buyers.
