Planning Prospects acted on behalf of Alban Mann LLP providing expert planning evidence at an Inquiry regarding an appeal against the decision of West Northamptonshire Council to refuse planning permission for an employment development on an allocated site on land adjoining Bell Plantation, Watling Street, Towcester.  The main issues of the appeal concerned the effect upon the character and appearance of the area and the effect on the Strategic Road Network. The appeal was however allowed with a partial award of costs against the council and planning permission for up to 31,800 sqm of Employment Buildings was granted.
