Planning Prospects is working with Taylor Wimpey, Barratt and David Wilson Homes securing Reserved Matters approvals for the first two phases of a new settlement in Gaydon east of the B4100 earlier in 2020.  Following the comprehensive discharge of a range of related pre-commencement conditions, work has now started on these phases of the major development in Stratford on Avon District.  This part of the new settlement will comprise a residential development of up to 2000 houses including a new village centre including a primary school, community hub,  health centre, retail and other services, a managed ecological reserve, public open space and recreation areas including a sports pavilion.
