Planning Prospects acted on behalf of Gladman Developments Ltd providing expert planning evidence at an Inquiry regarding an appeal against the decision of Maldon District Council to refuse outline planning permission for a residential development on land off Queenborough Road, Southminster. 

The appeal was allowed and planning permission for up to 110 dwellings was granted. With the new National Planning Policy Framework also published this week, this is one of the first appeals allowed under the new NPPF.
