Planning Prospects is working with Taylor Wimpey, Barratt and David Wilson Homes securing Reserved Matters approvals for the final phases of a new settlement at Upper Lighthorne, Warwickshire.  With extensive new infrastructure and landscaped green space for the development underway, this Reserved Matters application for this part of the new settlement will comprise 735 new homes across two further phases.
