Planning Prospects has worked closely with Swift and their development partners Persimmon Homes and Boundary Business Park Ltd to deliver a substantial expansion of the plant with major new highway infrastructure improvements by way of access direct from the plant onto the A1079 Beverley bypass. The project will deliver new business and storage space with 9 acres of enabling residential development on part of the former Swift works, generating the required funds to deliver the scheme. The development has been supported by a full Environmental Impact Assessment and Planning Prospects have co-ordinated and negotiated all the necessary planning permissions throughout.
