Planning Prospects has provided comprehensive retail planning advice in support of major mixed use development, comprising 19,250 sq m retail (Asda superstore and unit shops), 190 dwellings, community uses, town square, car parking, landscaping and highways improvements in Shirley town centre.
Planning permission was subsequently granted for the scheme. Planning Prospects also provided specialist input to, and appeared at, the subsequent Compulsory Purchase Order Inquiry.
