GoodyearThe Goodyear site in Wolverhampton extends to over 88 acres.
Planning Prospects has worked closely with St Modwen Developments, Goodyear and Wolverhampton City Council in order to negotiate planning permission including S106 obligation for the re-configuration of the Goodyear plant to enable the consolidation and retention of Goodyear's operations and the redevelopment of the remainder of the site for a major, residential led mixed use development.
The scheme secures and safeguards over 500 local jobs, provides over 45 acres of residential development, affordable housing, new neighbourhood community park and local shopping centre.
