The BoomThe East Bank represents one of the major Strategic Development Areas in Hull with significant potential to realise a major urban regeneration scheme comprising offices, residential and leisure uses, with high quality public realm and bridge link across the River Hull to the City Centre
Planning Prospects are planning advisors to Pure Urban and have negotiated outline planning permission and subsequent Reserved Matters approvals, supported by Environmental Impact Assessment and the highest quality designs and illustrative material produced initially by Benoy Architects and more lately Chetwoods, for a major regeneration scheme.
The first phase of the development incorporating a new hotel and multi-storey car park started on site in 2007. Further phases are now mobilising to provide over 600 residential units, 60,000 sq. ft of offices, bars, restaurants, all in a high quality water front development which will be a major new destination in Hull.
